EPSON(K)SMARTTEH GUIDES sells digital products, including downloadable guides, planners, and tools. No physical items are shipped.
Returns and cancellations
Digital files cannot be physically returned. We generally do not accept change-of-mind refunds once a download link or access to the product has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you wish to cancel before your digital product has been delivered, contact support@epsonksmarttech.co.ke immediately. Delivery may occur automatically, so cancellation is not always possible.
Problems with your purchase
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You received the wrong file.
- A file is damaged or cannot be opened using the software specified in its description.
- The product materially differs from its description.
- You have not received access to your purchase.
Include your order number and a description of the problem. We will help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide an appropriate refund.
The 14-day contact window does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.
We do not charge return, restocking, or cancellation fees.
