Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

EPSONKSMARTTECH GUIDES sells digital products. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

Delivery
After successful payment, your download link or access instructions will be provided through email, the order confirmation page, or both.

If you cannot find your delivery email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

Delivery problems
If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact support@epsonksmarttech.co.ke with your order number. We will investigate and help you access your purchase.

File requirements
File formats and any required software are listed in each product description. Please confirm that your device supports these requirements before purchasing.

Saving your purchase
Download and keep a backup copy of your files. Any download limits or access expiry dates will be stated in the product description
